You haven't been to Surabaya if you haven't tried Soto Madura Wawan. The broth is incredibly rich and savory, and the beef is so tender it practically melts in your mouth. Definitely a legendary spot that lives up to the hype!

Good Morning guys, We have came so many time for breakfast or lunch to Soto Wawan. I don't really remember how many time is it? The Flavour is delicious. This early morning is not so many people come for breakfast.

Had breakfast at this place, really tasted delicious. The mixed soto which consists of meat, brain, intestine, lung and tripe is really good quality. Only the gravy lacks flavor. On the table are soy sauce, chili sauce and lime. By mixing the gravy with these items, the shortfall was minimized. The atmosphere of this place is relatively clean and tidy. Anyway this soto place is worth trying.

Small warung that allows smoking inside the dining area, the service is fast but when someone on your next table start to smoke while you eat is a no-go. The taste is very standard for the soto but the smoking incident made experience regrettable, not going there again

Arguably this is one of the best 'soto madura" in surabaya, price is fair, service good, taste is just right for me broth salty and full of flavour, I recommend to come here after 16.00, the broth taste better after 16.00
