Open space for Events like CNY or Culinary Festival, Disney Inside out events etc. Alongside with many food vendors, it's a food heaven galore with plenty of choices ranging from Chinese to pork to local snacks and desserts. They used to have ski place for enthusiasts although it was seasonal. Then on weekends there are meet and greets, special performances. This is a perfect family activity especially if you are East Surabaya residents . One thing for sure, it has similarity with PIK as they currently build a pagoda that resembles Chinese Empire vibes.

The place is very spacious, can be used for various kinds of events such as various exhibitions, concerts, festivals, & the most common is usually used for holiday events such as Chinese New Year, Eid, Christmas, etc. Usually when there are such events, many MSME tenants appear and sometimes there are also various games and attractions such as talent shows, fireworks, etc. I have been here when there was a Christmas Festival last December, this place was very crowded, there were many food and drink choices and of course there were talent shows and fireworks festivals.
