Another type of Soto Daging / Soto Madura (beef). This one is unique because the broth is rather clear not like regular soto which has yellow color. It may suit someone's taste. Also the egg is different, it's duck's egg. The place is small, and it has no parking space, you can park on the street in front of the stall.

Trully hidden gem in Surabaya, since not so many people know about this place and usually only locals eat here. They serve Maduranese soto in unique way, their broth is not too yellowish and clearer than any other maduranese soto, it tastes really good and it has more light flavors. Price is affordable. The place is very traditional and small but still good for a group of 4-5 people.

A simple small local food (soto madura)stand. Historical were more than 35 years long. Now is manage by 2nd generation. Price is cheap. The soup is different than usuall soto...its much clearer. Mostly crowded at morning and lunch time.
