One of famous street food in North Surabaya. Open from 7 pm to 11 pm. You may choose the topping of the noodle: dumpling, beef or tripe. I love the tripe, but not so in love with the noodle since its size is too big for me. They also serve it with soup that you may sip or pour into the noodle. The price is affordable.

Good wonton noodles. Not a big fan of the tripe and tendon (or sinew?), but it's a matter of preference. They have separate soup for wonton/meatball noodles and tripe/tendon noodles. I do think that the tripe/tendon soup is so thick that you can't really taste anything but the meat broth.

This is very good and delicious old style noodle in surabaya, they are open since 1974 until now. No branch and only open in Jl. Gatotan-Krembangan, Surabaya. Youl should try and don't forget to mix your noodle with their mild spicy tomato sauce, is yummy....and Best.. Now they have delivered service as well, take a look on Go-Food under name MBKJ.
