Fajar Restaurant Manyar is my go-to-restaurant for years and this place is consistently great. ​The food is always delicious, esp the Yammie Noodle Mushroom Chicken. The Dimsum also delicious👨‍🍳 Their service is friendly and attentive. ​If you want tasty food and a warming ones. You need to check them out! Five stars⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

One of the big names in a Chinese restaurant in Surabaya, most famous for its Noodle dishes and also the Crispy skin BBQ pork. Some dim sum menus are also available. Open up quite till late night and available to cater for large groups of diners or the big events in the upstairs. The silken tofu hotplate (Angsio Tahu Jepang) is very tasty and surprisingly good. Very well maintained and clean environment with helpful staff members.
