If you're in Grand City Mall Surabaya and need a place that balances good coffee with a suitable environment for a business meeting, Excelso is an excellent choice. I found it to be a significantly better experience than Starbucks. The comfortable seating is a huge plus, and the coffee itself is simply superior in taste. Service is fast, the atmosphere isn't overly crowded, and you get all this at fair prices. It's a great value for what you receive.

The Food is good but needs more type of menu, the atmosphere is cozy, staff nya juga ramah sekali

Excelso Grand City Mall has a nice ambience, cozy place, helpful staff, and excellent dishes. Love spending me-time here after work.

First time visiting here after almost 2 years pf pandemic. It was around 8pm, staffs seem so busy and we waited for a while until we got the menu-ordered- until the food came. Taste ok.

Nice place to hangout, got smoking area too, quality of food always the same...always delicious...
