I think it’s my 2nd five star rating so far… I am a Sop Buntut lover.. generally all Sop Buntut i tried have good soup and the meat is pretty tender but the better one is still a little chewy. The meat here at Anda is amazingly tender!! It’s like the wagyu of oxtail!!! Best Sop Buntut I tasted so far.

Legit spot for a heavy lunch! 🤤 Got distracted by the snacks immediately (lol), but the main course was the real winner. ​The Rawon is top-tier—the beef portions are huge and so tender. But fr, watch out for the sambal. It’s straight fire 🔥, so don't get too reckless with it!😆 10/10 would recommend if you're craving some authentic Surabaya flavors. Also they had several VIP room that suitable for group guest

Legendary old-school Indonesian restaurant in Surabaya, originated from Mojokerto. Highly recommended are their Oxtail Soup (Sop Buntut), Nasi Rames Ayam Bumbu Rujak, and Cap Go Meh. Just the right amount of spice, not too peppery and not too spicy. Their menu price ranges from 45k-65k rupiah, a fair price IMHO. Parking's plenty but sadly there's a parking attendant there. Service is good, and quite quick as well.

We visited the legendary oxtail soup (sup buntut) from Mojokerto — right here in Surabaya, so no need to travel far! The restaurant is homey, and it gets busy at lunchtime, so come a bit earlier because the soup sells out quickly.
