WARNING!⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️👎👎👎👎👎 The worst coffee shop experience. We visited around 6:30 PM last night, August 19, 2026. There was only one other table occupied, with around four staff members present. When we arrived, they simply looked at us with rolled eyes and showed no interest in welcoming us. We sat down and waited for 15 minutes, but not a single staff member approached us. No greeting, no menu, and no offer to take our order. Instead, all the staff seemed more interested in using their mobile phones. The owner seriously needs to address the service and consider changing the staff. Their attitude and lack of customer service are damaging to the business. Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this coffee shop.

As always I visit most places based on their high ratings and Calibre Cafe Roaster was one of the places that caught my attention. When I first walked in the place looked really nice. The interior is simple but beautiful and it gives a comfortable feeling. The staff were also very kind and welcoming which is always something I appreciate. So here is my full and honest review. I ordered an iced Japanese coffee made with Bali Kintamani beans and an iced latte. I was actually excited to try them because the cafe presents itself as a specialty roastery and having options like V60 and Japanese style brews usually means there is a certain level of care and technique. But I have one main note that I really hope the owner focuses on. If you offer hand brewed coffee you need to have the right equipment and make sure your staff are properly trained. Good technique makes a huge difference and it shows immediately. What I saw today didn’t match what a V60 or Japanese brew should be and it felt like the whole process was missing the basics. The latte also tasted almost like pure milk which made it very light and not balanced at all. The prices are average so that part is fine but the quality of the drinks needs attention. I honestly think the food here might be good and I am willing to try it on my next visit because the place itself has potential. But I wouldn’t come again specifically for Japanese style coffee based on today’s experience. Maybe I will try something different next time and see how it goes. I really hope they work on improving this part because it can make a huge difference for the cafe and help it grow even more. Thank you.

Okay to arrange meeting for small team 3 -4 people, i like the ambience off tree .

Super cozy place. I spend hours working and very comfortable here. Price wise is really worth it. Ordered the green tea latte only for 45k but taste super great. And nuttella croisant only for 35k. Really cheap compared to the strategic place with a great ambience. The staff also super kind and helpfull. Definitely will come back 😁
