The hotel staff is very friendly and proactive in helping guests. The location which is close to a large shopping center is quite strategic (right in front of TP). At night you can take a walk to Jl Tunjungan, yes, it's true, just walk if you want to be healthy. For the business room type, it's quite comfortable, it's just that why is there only 1 hair cup provided, and there is no hand soap either.. hehehe Breakfast food includes chicken porridge, beef soto (this one is great 👍👍), also other dishes like flour-coated chicken, tofu, green beans, fried rice, white rice... for those who want bread for breakfast, white bread etc. are provided. The menu price is also not expensive, still very affordable. Great Bekizaar... can be a regular place if you are in Sby.

Located on the UG floor of Bekizaar hotel. The restaurant is fun, sports-themed and the interior is very supportive. Lots of photos, clothes and sports knick-knacks here, actually more towards football. There is also an LCD screen for watching together. The restaurant is not too big but okay for hanging out, especially guys who really like football will definitely enjoy hanging out here. It's just a pity that it's often empty here, there are no waiters. Yesterday I went there and was served by hotel security, when I wanted to pay there were still no waiters. If I wasn't honest, I could have run away because no one knew there was someone eating there (I was alone there and there were no other buyers). The price of food and drinks is also standard for other restaurant prices. Yesterday I ordered tahu tek/tahu telor not spicy and it was true according to my guess, it tasted very salty. It was actually delicious, but unfortunately it was very salty so I couldn't enjoy it.
