I’ve been here several times, and the food has always been consistently excellent. The prices are still reasonable and definitely worth it. The service is also consistently good so far. Highly recommended.

The restaurant itself is beautifully designed and has a pleasant atmosphere. Unfortunately, the dining experience was overshadowed by extremely poor service. I made a reservation more than 14 days in advance and even received written confirmation via WhatsApp. I also paid a 400,000 IDR deposit as required. However, when I arrived, the receptionist appeared confused and could not find my reservation at all. Despite showing proof of confirmation and payment, it was clear that my booking had not been properly recorded. As a result, my prior request for sofa seating, which I had communicated via WhatsApp, could not be accommodated. After being shown to our table, no waiter approached us to provide menus or take our order. We waited approximately 10 minutes with no acknowledgment. Eventually, I had to call a waiter myself to request a menu, which took another five minutes to arrive — despite the restaurant not appearing particularly busy. When the waiter finally came, he brought only one menu for the two of us. We had to take turns reading it, which is unacceptable for a restaurant positioning itself as upscale. When I asked about it, he responded rather rudely, “Hanya ada 1 buku menu kak, terbatas soalnya,” without any apology or courtesy. As for the food, it was average overall. The steak was good, and the mashed potatoes were well prepared. However, the pasta was disappointing. The Alfredo lacked depth and richness, it tasted mostly like plain pasta with only a faint hint of cheese, and almost no butter flavor. We had ordered tiramisu for dessert at the same time as our main course. After finishing our meal, I called the Tiramisu to the waiter, and we waited over 1 hour for the tiramisu to be served. Given the excessive delay, I asked to cancel it and requested the bill. The bill took another 20 minutes to arrive — and it still included the tiramisu. The staff took it back to revise it, but after waiting an additional 25 minutes, nothing happened. It was only after we said we were ready to close the bill and leave that they suddenly brought out the tiramisu, insisting that it had already been made and could not be canceled. It felt as though it was brought out simply to ensure we would still pay for it. The waiter mentioned he would bring the bill immediately after serving the dessert, but that did not happen. We waited another 30 minutes before the bill finally arrived. What should have been a pleasant 90-minute dinner turned into a frustrating experience lasting over three hours. The service was consistently inattentive and unprofessional. At no point did the staff apologize for the delays or confusion. When we left, there was no acknowledgment, no thank you in return, and no attempt to rectify the situation. Overall, it was a disappointing experience. While the ambiance is nice and some dishes were decent, the terrible service makes it difficult to recommend this restaurant. There are many better options elsewhere.

Had Mother's Day lunch here and it was a wonderful experience. The staff are friendly and efficient. The atmosphere was warm and inviting. Really enjoyed the food. Their drinks are strong!

A superb and wonderful dining experience with various selection of Italian dishes. I especially love their carpaccio and pizza dough. The shrimp appetizer herbs mixture is amazing as well. The crepes suzette is also a wonderful addition where the chef prepare the dish for us on top of a specially made trolley. Excellent food and service. Bravo.
