Love the food from Richeese and when we are in Surabaya, we happened to stay in the nearby hotel. Always love their fire chicken, so crunchy, spicy and cheesy. It comes with drink if you buy the combo one. The potato pompoms and loaded fries are so good as well. The dining room is quite big inside. You can also take your food and eat in the dini area outside. It has many stairs to go here but you can find the ramps on the other side of the main entrance, so it’s accessible for those with reduced mobility or using wheelchairs ♿️✅ I might miss or overlook the other ramps in different area, but once you are in front of the restaurant, the area inside is ♿️✅ accessible. It has hand washing station, charging station and toilet. It also provides kids seats.

I really enjoyed my visit here! The place has a nice and cozy atmosphere, the food tastes great, and everything is clean. The interior looks good, the seats are comfortable, and the staff are super friendly. The queue was also fast, which made the experience even better. Another big plus for me is that it’s very convenient to work here since they provide power outlets, really supportive for someone like me. Overall, all good and definitely worth coming back!

Such a cozy place for lunch. Love the vibe of the outdoor. Food also good, love the fire chicken sauce and pink lava drink. Worth to try 😍. Every Friday - Sunday the outlet open 24 hours!

Pros: - Interesting concept using spicy bbq sauce and cheese - Plenty of seating space Cons: - French fries is just awful. McDonald’s is way better

The fried chicken is OK, crispy and quite tasty, but the cheese sauce is not really my taste, I prefer having the usual chili sauce. Pink lava is nice too. Place is at the terrace, both indoor and outdoor has nice ambience. The package portion is small, not really satisfying. It's getting busy above 6 pm, and the queue can be bad.
