The server at this location wasn’t the most pleasant there was. However, I was willing to put that aside for some great food. Turns out, when I ordered fried chicken (Karage Chicken) it was raw on the inside, and when I told the waitress about it, she claimed that it was the restaurant’s standard for the CHICKENS to be raw. I’m not sure if this applies only to this branch or for all. Salmonella apparently is not a concern to them. Despite me telling them that Chicken aren’t to be consumed raw, they claimed other wise and didn’t acknowledge anything I said. So the borderline rude waitress and the raw food made my visit unpleasant and would not recommend this place as a destination for tourists. There are plenty of other Ramen places in Surabaya

Perhaps the only outlet left in Surabaya. Used to be a famous Ramen brand but yeah Surabaya's society typically just had a taste and return back sometime later. Anyway the Ramen still good as I used to had in the past. Broth still thick. Spicy one not that spicy so it fits just right for those who can't stand hot meal. Gyoza just so so. Karage is impressive. Crunchy and juicy. Recommended place to have Ramen.

Love the fact that there are open during Hari Raya holidays. Not only they have ramen selections , they also have porridge, rice and hot plates options. Clean , air conditioned and fast serving .

While I wouldn't call this Japan's #1 ramen, it’s still very flavorful and hits the spot. Just a heads-up: the portions are a bit on the smaller side, so don't expect to leave feeling completely stuffed.

My favourite ramen in Surabaya since they were open. I love their thick pork broth. Very umami. Their noodles texture are great too. Now when they were moved into Darmo Permai, this is the first time I'd visited this place. Their ambience are good. They had responsible staffs. And they have quick service. Their food also as good as I've remembered. But this time, the rame a bit salty. The grill gyoza are great. They had thin skin and full of meat filling. I had Great exlerience. Surely will back here.
