TLDR: overpriced watered down, flat AEROcano Berry. Ordered the Aerocano Berry to go, I was surprised a 6% service charge was added in despite it being a to go order. PPN wasn’t calculated into the item price as well, meaning the total bill is 16% higher than price on the menu. As for the coffee itself quality is good — the only reason rated it 2 stars rather than 1. However, I ordered an AEROcano meaning there should be soda bubbles in it. Soda appears to be flat. I did inquire the cashier/barista about it and she told me to try stirring the coffee etc — it was flat. I asked if the soda was newly opened and she said yes. I am deeply disappointed but wasn’t trying to be difficult so I left without asking her to remake my beverage. 42K for this quality is simply wasn’t worth it. I wont be coming back.

A cozy cafe with such delicate and exquisite coffees served here. Been my favorite for buying coffee beans. Love their geisha and house blend. The staff are also very friendly and knowledgeable in their products.

Just realized that there were branch of this cafe which was near from home. This cafe was located inside the LOOP area. The place was much smaller, only 2 seating indoor and the rest were outdoor; but the ambience was great. The price was reasonable. And the main reason why I love this branch despite of small space was that they offered more varieties of tea than the other branch. Keep up the good work!

French marmalade toast with chocolat filling tastes like sewer. Marmalade mixed-in with liquid. How expensive can marmalade be? Cheap quality of chocolate. For the price paid you can get better and bigger portion at road stalls. How can the shop have so many branches? Ploys. Absolute worst. If you fancy drama you can come in on saturday night sitting at the bar watching crying patron. There’s a bathroom when you want to cry you know.
