One of a legend surabaya dishes. The vonposition of the menus are sti the same with better atmospher aince they have moved to new place that is not too far from the old one. But honestly the test itself has been changed I missed the old one taste !

why all the excellent food restaurants in surabaya has dropped their quality? why changed your winning recipe? why take shortcut? your regular patrons KNOW n REMEMBER the old taste. you can fake newbies, but even that is the case, the nasi campur has been terrible. * the chicken is so tough to bite and tasteless * the curry tofu has been fried first then marinated later, it completely change the previous juicy complexion * the beef is hard like rock * the glass noodle was soaked with PDAM tap water (yuuckkkk..) NOT filtered water, and worse the noodle is a different kind, not the old nice chewy ones, but brittle like rice and no herbs n spices feel * even the white rice is dry and dull and where is the pork satay by the way? why take out your competitive advantage??? NOT RECOMMENDED

They've been around for ages, and the food reflects just that. A combination of several elements, each perfected over time, that really hits the spot. They don't only offer the infamous nasi campur (mixed rice), but also offer dishes like rawon soup and oxtail soup. Place looks quite old but is clean and well-maintained. Comfortable to have lunch in.
