The sweetness level of the noodles (mie gacoan) is inconsistent. Although the recipe supposedly follows a standard measurement, the taste varies each time I visit (I order the same dish every time, but the flavor is different). The quality has been failing more often lately. I suggest improving the consistency of the flavor. Additionally, the smoking area could be better defined, as some smokers seem unaware of designated smoking areas. Providing a non-smoking area would be an improvement. The service is okay, meeting standard expectations.
