The staff were all excellent—friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. They truly made my stay enjoyable. However, I don’t feel the facilities matched the value. The bed sheets could use replacing, there was no hot water for the shower in the morning from 7am - 10.30am, and the fragrance used on the linens was a bit too strong for my preference. Overall, I had a pleasant stay thanks to the wonderful staff, but I hope the property will improve these facilities in the future. *the reservation staff are takes 4days to finish my reservation. Maybe too busy.

1000% view and location to Mt BromoToilets and shower could be better… but for bagpackef - it’s okay. As long there’s water heater as the weather up there is very cold. No room heater so do expect your room to be freezing cold.Bed definitely not comfortable 😂 our back are pain with the spring bed not balance. During sleep, should one of us move, the whole bed moved! Size is okay for bagpacker travelling for couple. For big family, please book the family room.Breakfast are okay… nothing bad and nothing wow. Just nice to full the tummy.Kettle quite dirty so we didn’t use. Looks like someone use the kettle to boil eggs in it before. Staff are friendly and helpful. We didn’t have their local plug so they provided (with purchase) the international plug.Overall, the view wins 💯

Very basic but spacious room with fabulous views of Mount Bromo. Book the deluxe room and wake up early to catch the sunrise over Mount Bromo. Then take the road just behind the hotel to walk up King Kong Hill (1hr) for fabulous views of all 3 volcanoes. Unmissable! 👌

The view at Cemara Indah Hotel and Tour is definitely the standout, but the room itself left me disappointed. There was a musty smell when I walked in, and the sheets and towels did not feel very fresh. The food was just okay, nothing memorable, though not the worst I've had either. With a few improvements, this could be a much better stay.

I could not find any other hotel who could offer a view point with just beside the Mount Bromo! The moment we reach the hotel and straightaway saw the mountain & surroundings, we were just stunned & felt amazing with the scenery of this hotel. The room is a humble small villa and it's quite clean & provide TV, wifi, water heater, cups & a table and chairs with a rubbish bin outside the room. They provide soap, small shampoo & toothbrush with paste. We could not stop taking pictures of Mount Bromo the moment we step out of the hotel. Price is surprisingly affordable.Thank you so much Cemara Indah hotel! We will surely come back again!!
