Great location by the sea but aged hotel rooms. Food at restaurant decent.

Location and view of the property is amazing. The only reason I'm unhappy with the hotel is we took family room which has 4 beds and a sofa. The room has a small AC on one corner of the room which is 30 feet long. It doesn't even cool the place near the first bed, forget the fourth one which is on the other end. In a place with hot weather, they should have at least 1 ton AC or put 2 half tons on either side of the room. This made our stay very uncomfortable. On complaining they gave us a stand cooler with a big exhaust pipe going into the toilet. The pipe would throw hot air in the bathroom. The only hope is that the toilet exhaust will take all the hot air out. This only helped cool the room a little better than just the AC. At night when we turned off the room lights we didn't realize that it was also connected to the bathroom light and exhaust fan. So the room became hot because the hot air couldn't go out. So we had to sleep with bedroom lights on. We complained at night, electrician came and checked that there's a switch problem and it's all connected to one and nothing could be done. Although there was a separate switch for toilet it didn't work. Next morning we told the reception to change our room. They told they will send electrician, then they said they will ask their supervisor but nothing happened. When we asked again they told all rooms have same problem. Do please do not book their family room. The staff is polite but couldn't solve our problem. Food was good. For providing the stand cooler and restaurants staff begging good i am giving service as 3.

Tanjung Kodok Beach Resort offers a charming seaside escape with one of its standout features being the pool right by the ocean—perfect for a refreshing dip with waves in the background and sunsets that paint the sky in unforgettable colors. The atmosphere is laid-back and the location unbeatable for a tranquil getaway. While the resort has plenty of charm, a bit of sprucing up in certain areas would truly elevate the experience. Still, the natural beauty and coastal vibe make it a memorable stay.

Nice staff. Good food and menu including a good breakfast. The room is just fine. Please, remove the smelly chemical balls in the bathroom because they are poisonous and can cause cancer (they are forbidden in western countries since long). You certain don’t want to harm you staff and your customers !

The room was good but the closet door couldn't be closed. The menus of dinner and breakfast taste unsatisfied and lack of variations. Cleanliness needs to improve The view of the beach was beautiful
