My last visit to this restaurant was very disappointing. Before coming, I had already contacted the restaurant via WhatsApp to make a reservation. I was asked to pay a down payment of IDR 100,000, which I didn’t mind at all. The admin only asked whether we wanted to pre-order the food or order on the spot. Since I was coming with my office colleagues, I decided to order on the spot and informed them accordingly. However, when we arrived and were about to order, one of the staff came to our table and told us that only limited menu items were available for on-the-spot orders. What made it worse, the menu list was just a small piece of used bill paper with handwritten items on it. Honestly, at that moment I felt unappreciated as a customer and even felt misled. The staff explained that because I chose to order on the spot, only those limited menus were available. This information was never communicated to me during the reservation process on WhatsApp. When I asked why this happened, the staff said it was a busy week and ingredients were limited if customers didn’t pre-order. But what confused me even more was the fact that when I arrived, only a few tables were occupied by customers. This raised a question for me. This is a restaurant, what about walk-in customers? Would they receive the same treatment? If I were a walk-in customer, I would definitely be disappointed to come expecting certain dishes and find that most of them were unavailable. My colleagues and I were quite disappointed. Since we didn’t want to make a bigger issue, we decided to order from the limited menu available. Unfortunately, the food preparation took a very long time. Thankfully, the food itself was quite good, but by then I was already feeling upset and frustrated. During payment, the staff also forgot that we had already paid a down payment. I had to remind them, and eventually the amount was returned in cash. My suggestion for the restaurant is this. If the restaurant cannot provide a full menu for on-the-spot orders, please create a separate menu book specifically for on-the-spot ordering. If it’s not possible to accommodate many menu items, it may be better not to accept walk-in customers at all. Most customers usually check the menu online before visiting and already have an idea of what they want to order. I hope the management can improve the restaurant’s operations so customers won’t hesitate or feel discouraged to come back.

Nice atmosphere design is high-end dining while the food is budget friendly. Good place for family dining. Menu features Steak, Pasta, Pizza and Pan Asian Noodles. We ordered Tenderloin Steak and Chicken Cordon Bleu. Both were tasty but served warm not hot from the kitchen. It wasn't that the food sat waiting to be picked up but was just warm from the kitchen. Coffee is good and the serving is large. They have a "Signature" selection of coffee but were unavailable. You would think of it is "Signature" you'd make sure to have the ingredients to make them. Pricing is budget friendly. Steak was good size and only 105k. Pan Asian item range from 28k-60k so there is something for everyone who wants to enjoy a night and good food. All exclude tax & service.

It’s beautiful place to relax but it should have single sit for long break. I was on my way to Probolinggo and needed a comforted set but most of the seat are okay just need to improve for single person with soft and comfortable seats. There are some really good seats but has no AC. All in all, I did enjoy my time.

So last night we tried one of their western feast menu. For 185k you will get grilled chicken, grilled meltique meat, sausages, salad, 3 sauces and 2 kind of potatoes Well it tasted just fine. Several menus combined into 1. Can be enjoyed by 2 people.
