I tried their signature drink, Kopi Tuku Tetangga, and absolutely loved it. It's creamy with a thick texture, and the coffee flavor is perfectly balanced with the amount of sweetness. The place is cozy and comfortable. The baristas were friendly, and we also tried one of their main dishes, which was delicious. It's a great place to relax and catch up with friends.

I don't know what's wrong with famous cafes nowadays, because why do they always serve us in SINGLE-USE CUPS although we dine in??? Is it too hard to wash the dishes? Ok, this is my first time coming to Tuku, so I don't have any expectations toward the drinks or the place. One thing I can tell you is that this place is super crowded to the point that I'm not comfortable enough to sit there for hours, and especially I don't see any power sockets, so I don't think we can do our assignments or work here (?). Anyway, I ordered Carrot Cake and Remon (a non-coffee drink). The carrot cake (bolu wortel) is okay. It has a cinnamon-y flavor, soft and fluffy cake texture. It's the kind of butter cake (margarine actually) that's quite dense but soft. For me personally, I don't really like the palm sugar aroma—it has a distinct, strong, and earthy caramel taste, but for me it's just too strong. The tangy cream cheese topping helps to lighten up the heavy cake, but it was too thin. Remon is for Sereh Lemon (Lemongrass and lemon), a refreshing, tangy, and aromatic tea-based beverage. I love how the sour with a bitter hint of lemon interplays with the bright and floral lemongrass, creating a zingy, citrusy, and floral note—perfect for a hot summer day. The sweetness level is on point, not too much that it will make you bored, but also not so little that it makes you go "meh." The only downside is that it does feel artificial to me. It has a strong artificial syrup taste. Don't get me wrong, I do understand that commercial cafes must be too busy, too complicated to serve farm-to-table ingredients. For me it's just too much. And back to my first complaint: why do they serve in single-use cups and paper, whether for dine-in or takeaway?? Whyyy???

Such a shame, that they only expanded the dining area but not the parking area and the service. Customers with cars have to face the difficulties to find a parking spot. Not only that, there is only one cashier to serve the customers who were lining up from the entrance gate to the cashier. So inefficient. The only thing which would preveny to come back again

TUKU Malang is located Jombang Street. They have spacious rooms: indoor and outdoor. Been to some of Tuku stalls in Jakarta before, but never seen the one like in Malang: they sell heavy meal (interesting). Beside foods & beverages, they also sell souvenirs, utensils, and bottles. The cashier is very passionate: when I asked about the availability the bottle that I wanted to buy, he patiently searched for the stock in the warehouse for the specific bottle that I mentioned, and also he explained the details about the menu that my friend curious about. No wonder they have full guests Great!

Kopi Tuku is currently famous in Malang. It offers good quality of brewed coffee. They have choices of black or white coffee that can be served hot or ice. Besides, they also have other beverages. There are pastry products and some other menus as well, that can be purchased with the beverages. Their cafe is always crowded. Their products can be purchased at the store or online via food delivery app.
