Wow, turns out this legendary terang bulan still exists. Around 1992 my late father was a regular at this terang bulan madonna, but back then there was only 1 seller in a small stall next to the gajahmada plaza foodcourt, the seller physically looked like he was from Bangka. All the way from Pasuruan back then, we used to buy up to 5 portions making the far trip to Malang, because the taste was truly amazingly delicious. I don't know about now, whether it still tastes as good as it used to.

The pukis is still delicious, stays soft until the next day, too bad the corned beef variant is gone even though it was very signature, then the employees looked less happy, rarely smiled, buying pukis was given an ordinary plastic bag like cheap fried snacks, unlike back then using paper or box so it looked more classy

Thin and crispy edges are my favorite, full toppings, crispy outer texture, moist inner texture 👍🏻 The terang bulan and pukis batter is dense, of course toppings are plenty again, appropriate for the price. The outlet is always crowded, but there are many employees and they remember who ordered what, what was ordered, even though no receipt/queue number is given, so the waiting time is not long.

Finally after so long buying here again, the pukis is super delicious, 7k each piece but heavenly taste with full toppings, I've been buying here since childhood 😉😊 The taste is fully awesome, smooth and yummy 😋😋😋😋 5 stars, second to none 🌠🌠🌠🌠🌠
