If you love Soto, then this one is a must try. Simple presentation, not so much condiments other than fried shallots and parsley. You can request full daging if you prefer not to have jerohan. My ritual is, adding sambal and kecap, mix it well, then grab a salted egg as side dish and also kerupuk.

Beef soto sold by Madurese people in Malang city is always delicious. The characteristics are small portions, raw bean sprouts and coconut koya that is incredibly savory. It's quite difficult to enjoy this Soto Kacong, it often runs out quickly and sometimes they don't sell. Variations of meat cuts and offal are complete in the morning. The intestines are plump, the broth is hot, it's delightful to eat while sitting on a plastic chair by the roadside. Price is very affordable with prompt service. Recommended.
