An authentic Padang cuisine in town. Located in the heart of Malang in the opposite of Alun Alun. There are municipal market, heritage village of Kajoe Tangan, busy main road and goverment offices nearby. The restaurant attached directly to the central post office of Malang. The food is delicious and rich of varieties. Their specialty is chicken pop which is very popular among costumers. There are many vegetables dishes to choose too. Some spicy dishes available as their traditional Padang cuisine. Rendang is very famous as much as satay Padang and fish curry. Some non spicy food also available on the menu. The place is also kid friendly with a large tv screen playing cartoon movie on the wall. Full air conditioning. The place is large, clean and comfortable. Prayer room and toilet available. Paid parking infront of the restaurant made it very convenience too.

I don't understand the good reviews. I went there, ask for two plain rice and chicken. The chicken didn't even look chicken. Almost no meat plus something that looked like a white hair with mold. I looked at them while they were preparing the meal and they were laughing at us. They charged over 80k. I claimed and then lower to almost almost 70k, which still was so unnecessary.

Expensive Padang for tasty food but very small portions. Chicken was literally only bones and I don't think that is acceptable. Paid around 7€ for a very small amount of food. Even in Europe you can get more for that cost. After travelling for one year all around Indonesia, I can say this was the most underwhelming (and expensive!!!) Nasi Padang resto. Portions can definitely be improved. Service was fast though.

Great food, great service, good place. One of padang restaurant that most close to authentic padang food. The place is clean. They seved food with the traditional way padang food served (put all food on the table and you take what you want to eat)
