The sego cumi hitam is good. The sambal is very spicy and you can asked if you can put on a separate bowl or plate. I have to wait almost 30 minute but its worth to wait.

I planned to eat in at Sego Sambel Cak UUT, but the place was already busy around 6 PM, so I ended up taking the food to go instead. The wait was a bit inconvenient, but it also made sense given how crowded it was. In the end, it was still worth it, and I’d happily come back when I have more time.

I came on Sunday lunch time and need to wait around 30 mins to get table. The sambal here is top-notch — super spicy though 🌶️ Overall, everything tasted good, but the corn fritters were a bit too dense. They could use less flour or make them thinner to get a crispier texture.

For those who like spicy food, this is a very popular restaurant. The sambal tempe is great. Paru is great. The chili sauce with petai is also great!

All their signature is a must try, and all of them are delicious and also SPICY so beware full, we also ordered Pisang Goreng and tasted perfectly crunchy and yummy
