Great food great atmosphere although limited space and hidden location. Little bit pricey but worth it.
View on GoogleSari Lambau offers a refreshing take on Asian cuisine, beautifully wrapped in a classic heritage concept. It's a place that appeals not only to the palate but also to the senses, transporting diners to a setting rich with tradition and charm. Atmosphere and Ambiance The restaurant’s greatest strength is arguably its stunning atmosphere. The design successfully blends traditional Indonesian and Asian architectural elements, creating an elegant and comfortable dining space. It’s an ideal spot for a formal family gathering, or even just a relaxing meal. The meticulous attention to detail in the décor truly makes it stand out among Malang's culinary offerings. Sari Lambau’s menu mostly focuses on a variety of Asian dishes, with a notable emphasis on Indonesian cuisine (you must try "garang asem"). The kitchen seems committed to using fresh ingredients, which elevates the overall dining experience. The service at Sari Lambau is often noted as attentive and professional. Staff are typically knowledgeable about the menu and willing to offer recommendations. Considering the high-quality ingredients, beautiful setting, and attentive service, the restaurant is positioned at a slightly premium price point compared to typical Malang eateries, but most visitors agree it offers good value for the experience delivered. It successfully combines great food with an exceptional environment, making it more than just a place to eat—it's a cultural and culinary retreat. cheers!
View on GoogleSari Lambau offers an amazing dining experience with authentic Indonesian dishes. The flavors are truly delightful, bringing out the original taste of Indonesia. The place is cozy and comfortable, perfect for casual meals or gatherings with friends and family. Its location is strategic and easy to reach. The prices are reasonable for the quality offered. The staff are friendly and very helpful. Highly recommended for anyone wanting to enjoy authentic Indonesian cuisine!
View on GoogleAll the staff were nice and accommodating. The food though, it is salty, I ordered nasi goreng babat, mie goreng and oyster omelet. They were all salty, if it was a bit less salty, it would be great. Other than that, everything is okay.
View on GoogleThe food is rather expensive but it's not quite worth the price. Why? 1. The steak is salty, and based on my experience, I ordered 2 steaks, 1 came, 1 came 45 minutes later. When I confirmed it, they said that our steak accidentally got into another customer. 2. Garang asem "Bambu", but when the order came after 45 minutes. The bamboo is out of stock so garang asem is plated in a bowl, and it is also too salty. But what I can say is, the safe food based on my experience is the "nasi ganja ayam crispy" which has a good taste, "nasi tim ayam jamur" which is pretty decent, and lastly "nasi tuna roa" but it still tastes like baked rice you bought on Oro Oro dowo market. When you put the price high, people would assume the food and experience should be good, but not in this case. I hope you can learn and improve the management. I have high hopes for this restaurant
