Really love this restaurant, food is amazing! 😍 Friendly staff and professional, especially Jusuf who helped us most of the time, giving us delicious recommendations on food. 10/10 would go back again someday at this lovely hotel restaurant 😍

What an amazing restaurant / hotel!!!! The food is certainly good and reasonably priced but most amazing of all is the decoration, the story of the decoration, the artefacts and antiques. Jaw dropping experience especially if u are into culture and history. If u are in Malang, u must visit here, have dinner and ask for a mini tour of the restaurant/hotel (yeah, it’s pretty big). You can book the Megawati room (a room designed for Vice President Megawati) which I heard is USD1k per night.

An upper class restaurant in town. Very popular among tourists and locals. A restaurant set up inside the museum which gives the feeling of an imperial dining. The uniqueness of the place is second to none. Surrounded by antique priceless collections from nobel family to enjoy before and during your meal. The food is very well garnished and look interesting. The variety of the menus is ranging from Indonesian, oriental and international menus. The food is tasty come with reasonable price. Variety of local and traditional drinks, local sweets of many choices. The restaurant is pretty busy so that maybe better to reserve in advance. Pool side tables are favorite.

Dining here was more than just a meal — it was an experience. From the moment I entered, I was surrounded by rich textiles, historic portraits, and an atmosphere that beautifully blended Javanese-Hindu tradition with colonial-era grace. Every detail was intentional. The food is Absolutely unforgettable. The sate was smoky and tender, perfectly paired with lontong and a bold sambal. The rendang was among the best I’ve ever tasted — deeply spiced, slow-cooked to perfection, and served with elegant simplicity.

Food was fine. Had good veg n non-veg options. Would be nice if they can place the cutlery on a napkin/tissue instead of on the table, seemed a bit unsanitary. A waiter named Yusuf was great. Very open n had a great vibe. Helped in giving us recommendations with food n drinks. The restaurant/hotel, was huge. Lots of artifacts to look at.
