I had the Indonesian fried rice here and it was good. The downside is that most of their meals include chicken or other meat, so there aren’t many choices for vegetarians. The restaurant itself is big and comfortable, and the staff is very friendly and helpful.

Delicious Classic Indonesian Cuisine & A Comfortable Atmosphere A legendary family restaurant in Malang. The taste of the food has remained consistently delicious over the years, especially their chicken and fish dishes. The place is clean, the service is quick, and the atmosphere is very welcoming and kid-friendly, making it a comfortable spot to dine with toddlers or children. It is a bit pricey, but absolutely worth it for the quality of the food and the comfort you get.

A family friendly restaurant that offers Indonesian food. They have a free cotton candy corner that employs a deaf person. You can get free cotton candy but you have to use sign language for it. Just an overall wholesome experience because mostly are kids (and some adults) that are probably never using sign language in their life. If you're coming with a big group, it's better to get a reservation because this place is packed almost every day. They have mostly seating on the first floor but also some on the second floor. Love their fish pond but probably better to add some railings because so many kids are around. Food is great. With a very good price point. Downside: service time are a bit slow. So expect some time for your order to arrive. Totally recommend, but beware of slow service time during peak hours.

your entire branding strategy revolves around pushing this image of being a “birthday-celebration friendly” restaurant all over tiktok, yet somehow your team still failed at the most basic and crucial part: communicating the actual terms and conditions clearly. is the birthday treat only valid on the exact D-Day? is it claimable during the birthday week too like most other places (D-7 / D+7)? apparently nobody in your team even knows the answer themselves. i politely asked through instagram DM. no proper response. i tried the whatsapp numbers for BOTH sarapan pagi and the resto itself. still no proper clarification whatsoever. none of your official channels were able to provide a consistent or reliable answer. so as a last resort, i directly visited and asked the cashier in person before ordering. and both cashiers (who i asked back and forth) confidently assured me it was still claimable on D+7 too. not hesitant, not a “maybe,” not “let me double check first.” your staff communicated it as confirmed information. then comes the ridiculous part. after i finished ordering for dine-in, after the payment was already completed successfully, and after i had to REMIND your staff myself to check my ID for birthdate verification, suddenly the information needed to be “reconfirmed” with another team member. and only THEN did they decide that the information your own staff had been confidently giving me was apparently incorrect the entire time, because the promo was actually only valid on the exact birthday D-Day. that is not a minor misunderstanding. that is a complete failure of internal communication. if your staff are not certain about a promotion policy, they should verify it BEFORE communicating it to customers with confidence. not after customers have already ordered, paid, and built expectations around information your team explicitly provided. and this isn’t even about being desperate for a free birthday treat. it’s the principle of it. if you are going to aggressively market yourselves as a birthday-friendly destination, then the bare minimum expectation is that your staff, customer service channels, and operational team all understand the same rules. instead, the entire experience felt misleading, poorly coordinated, and shockingly unprofessional for a promotion you advertise so heavily. your marketing clearly creates expectations that your operational side is completely unprepared to fulfill. customers should not have to chase answers across multiple platforms, verify policies themselves in person, and still end up receiving contradictory information at the cashier.
