This old-school restaurant is a gem!! I came here since I was little with my mom, everytime we visited Malang. The food is really one of a kind, every item in menu is FABULOUS, nothing like other restaurants & has been consistent for over 50 years. Our favorites are mie pangsit (noodles with steamed wontons, all the varieties), cap cay (stir fry vegetables with mixed meat), nasi goreng (fried rice, all varieties), kolobak & kolo udang (fried pork or shrimp nuggets with tomato-pineapple sauce on the side), es campur (shaved ice with condensed milk & pink syrup), es advokat (shaved ice over pieces of avocados with condensed milk & mocha syrup). This place is well-maintained over the years, while preserving that classic Malang atmosphere. The staff are very helpful & polite. Prices are very reasonable. A MUST VISIT place! There’s a small clean restroom, you just need to bring your own toilet paper.
View on GoogleFood : all good , my favourites are capcay and kulit ayam goreng ( fried chicken skin ) . Their fried chicken skin tasted like kerupuk for me so i like it👍🏻 oh they also give sweet and sour sauce for yours fried chicken skin . Service : waitress are all nice and friendly ☺️ Places : i came there so early, so it was clean 😂 but i often passing by there , they have alot of customers , so i guess it clean 💁🏻♀️
View on GoogleNestled in the heart of downtown, there is a local Chinese diner that takes you back in time. As you approach the diner, you will notice a simple, with a few tables and chairs set up inside the building. The menu at this Chinese diner is straightforward, featuring classic dishes but it's not just the food that makes this diner special. It's the ambiance, and the feeling of being transported back in time to a simpler era. Next to the diner, there is a small kiosk selling local snacks that are known for decades. They offer a variety of local treats. Visiting this Chinese diner and the snack kiosk is a must-do for anyone who wants to experience the old local Chinese food scene. It's a place where time seems to stand still, and the food and atmosphere remind us of a simpler, more nostalgic time.

View on GoogleTasty food and affordable price. Ordered bakso, pangsit mie, and nasi capcay. Portions are big. Fast serving. Small place. Perfect if the waiters are friendly.
