The cafe is cozy and cool. There are quite a lot of seats upstairs. The service is also good. The iced chocolate is delicious, not too sweet, and has a rich chocolate taste👍

Been here several times and the internet is safe and smooth, the place is also comfortable for doing assignments, the waiting process for food is also fast without long waits, aka swift. The downside is that the table on the 2nd floor was slightly sticky like leftover drinks that were forgotten to be wiped. Cleanliness probably needs a general cleaning, especially the windows on the 2nd floor. Other than that, it's still super comfortable for doing assignments.

I don't understand why it was dine in but written as take away, so there was no plate to eat the bread, thus I lined it with tissue. Suggestions: * Heat the bread in the microwave first before serving (whether it's dine in/take away). Because when cold, the bread becomes hard. * Maybe besides drinks and desserts like that, you could provide main courses like pasta / rice. Because not all visitors who drop by only want to 'snack' and have a casual coffee. * Promotions at the grand opening might attract visitors' interest. * Seems like there was a lack of preparation, so the service was not optimal. * For the coffee flavor it's okay, quite strong,, The bread is also quite good, just as I said earlier, it was cold. Hopefully in the future it can be better 🙏

even though whenever I go to creme I always buy their roasted milk tea because it suits me best, but this time it was so different, disappointed because there was still so much unmixed clumpy powder, making it less pleasant to drink. hopefully the serving process can be improved
