Bebek Goreng Purnama is one of my favorite choices for dinner. The duck is fried to the right level of doneness, the meat is tender, and the spices are well absorbed. The chili sauce also adds flavor without eliminating the main taste of the duck. The service is quite fast and the place is comfortable for eating. According to my tongue, it tastes even better than the original branch I tried in Surabaya.

Fans of fried duck lalapan will definitely like it. The duck is crispy & tender. Delicious. Especially when equipped with basil leaves, cabbage, chili sauce, serundeng sprinkles & broth. For me who doesn't really like spicy, the chili sauce is just right... but for spicy lovers, the spicy taste of the chili is still lacking. Affordable price, portion makes you full. The tent stalls are also spread in many places. Just look for the tent stall that says Bebek Goreng Purnama. Can order to eat on the spot or take-away/wrapped to take home.
