Clean, and delicious

The most authentic Nasi Tempong I've ever eaten in Madiun City. The dining place is quite large. Tables and chairs are available in plenty. The room is quite comfortable, although without air conditioning there are fans that quite help cool the room. The place is clean and neat. As for the food menu, it's quite varied. There are various choices of side dishes ranging from tofu, tempeh, chicken, fish, shrimp, and some offal is also available. My favorites are Nasi Tempong Ayam, Skin, and Intestines/Liver. The chicken is delicious, fried to perfection, the outside feels crispy while the meat is still juicy. But honestly, for the price offered, the chicken size is relatively small. The liver and intestines are delicious, not fishy at all. Everything is tender and the seasoning is just right. The Tempong Sambal is the ultimate champion, very similar to the one in Banyuwangi that I've eaten before. Spicy, savory, served with key lime which when squeezed onto the sambal adds an extraordinarily delicious taste. The chicken skin is also delicious, crunchy yet still has tender parts. The drinks are also quite varied. You must order the Ice Orange. The sweetness and sourness are just right, very suitable after eating the extraordinarily spicy sambal. Overall very satisfying, spicy lovers must try this eating place. I highly recommend this place. Always success.

Nasi tempong mak ros on Jalan Bali, Madiun city, has a comfortable and quite spacious atmosphere with about 8 dining tables and each table can be filled by 4 people. The parking area is quite sufficient for motorcycle riders, but for cars if the parking lot is full they can park on the road shoulder. Parking was free when I came on Sunday afternoon at 3:00 PM, visitors were still quiet with only 1 person before I came, the choice of side dishes is quite varied, and the spiciness kicks hard, very suitable for spicy lovers, food prices start from 18k and drinks start from 5k

The food is okay even though the price is a bit pricy in my opinion....the sambal is awesome

Alhamdulillah bought here 3 times and it's always satisfying, initially ordered on the app, then tried dining in, mackerel, chicken, skin, and squeezed orange ice are the favorites. The sambal is awesome 👍🏻
