Tried 2 different foods on 2 different days. If I recall correctly, it was beef teriyaki ramen around late December and Chicken Nanban in early February. The tori paitan broth in beef teriyaki ramen was okay, but maybe less umami and flavorful. I expected more kick, it was not as rich. I hope you get to experiment with more broth varieties (maybe beef bone broth? Or shoyu?). Chicken Nanban ... Well, I kinda liked it, tartar sauce was just not my preference. The rice wasn't fluffy enough, it wasn't to my liking. Quality and quantity wise, they were all scrumptious and sufficient. I left the izakaya feeling fat and replenished.

We chose this place because we love ramen, and the place seemed cozy and even exceeded our expectations. The ramen was spectacular, the decor seemed to transport you to Japan for a moment, and the staff was super friendly and charming. Special place to go, we would definitely come back.
