Amazing local restaurant. The quality of food is outstanding 💕. The restaurant was full at 8 am and the service is amazing. It's highly recommended to try Soto Daging.

Soto Sapi Stop: A Hidden Gem Between Malang and Batu If you find yourself traveling between Malang and Batu, make sure to stop by this humble eatery for a bowl of their delicious and affordable soto sapi. This place is all about simplicity and flavor. They offer just one menu item—soto sapi—but it’s all you need. The broth is rich and savory, packed with tender slices of beef that melt in your mouth. The soto is hearty and comforting, making it the perfect meal for any time of day. What makes the experience even better is the price. It’s incredibly budget-friendly, so you can enjoy a satisfying meal without breaking the bank. And don’t forget to order their tempe goreng on the side. It’s crispy, flavorful, and the perfect complement to the soto. It’s a must-try that adds a delightful crunch to your meal. In short, if you’re on the road between Malang and Batu, this soto sapi stop is a must-visit. With its delicious flavors, unbeatable prices, and that irresistible tempe goreng, it’s a hidden gem that offers a true taste of local comfort food.

This place is one of the oldest soto place in malang (since my mom's generation i think). The only menu here is soto and it tastes great consistently! (Not really changes until now) Their side dish is also prepared fresh. The tempeh is big and crunchy.

Nostalgic taste never change since 2000s, you can get soto lombok style but use beef meat and combine with peyek udang for ultimate umami taste! 😋
