Only eating in the restaurant. Serves good food and not pricy. Only take long time waiting the food served

It was located uphill near the maria cave of lourdes puhsarang. It need another 30 minutes to the lodge from city center. The parking is big, it has pleasant view of hills, mountain and rice terraces. But it need to walk stairs and some obstacle just to reach the room. Luckily the room is in good condition and comfortable. We arrived late and checkout early so we didn't experience the facilities such as the mini zoo. The price is 495k for family 3 beds. You need to deposit the id card for assurance which is weird policy.

The room was dirty the food service was very slow and food was always. Cold and always lots of flies in restaurant due to the zoo complex surrounding the hotel and the zoo animals were in small cages and poorly looked after most animals looked unhealthy and in bad condition

This one was with kids from Secondary school (SMP) for outing class. Since we came, the personal was friendly and helpful. They helps carrying some equipment we brought. The place is big enough to keep kids and everyone busy. For groups, there is big garden and a stage to perform different acts. The Audio provided was acceptable. PA with 2 speakers, mixer with 6 channels, microphones. The team in charge of the activities was pretty good and enthusiastic. The food area is pretty descent. The food and service for our group was good. Food acceptable and the service was good. Constantly checking the buffet. There are 2 swimming pools. 1 for the little ones and one more kind of family pool. There are toilets and shower services (I didn't use the public ones). There is a mini zoom with inserting and well taken care of animals. Plenty space to seat and chat around. The breakfast was served i the main restaurant, located at the lobby. I tired coffee and was good. The breakfast was good, Indonesian food. There is a hotel too. The rooms was pretty acceptable, with all the "international" standards. Ac, internet, towels and amenities plus water and hot beverages options. I can say recommend. For family or for groups. One day or staying overnight.

for someone who search peace and relaxing place this could be the key, the facilities (mini zoo, pool) is one of the selling point imo. but small things like no hotel sandals or location from reception to hotel is kinda need attention. I'm walking in the middle of the night with dark road and no staff standby is something that need to change, what if an emergency happens and no hotel staff in charge. as for the breakfast is way beyond my expectations, little variety and so many fly's but taste fine. it's almost as expensive as hotel in city centre of kediri and far but if you looking for peace and calm then this place is good
