If you are looking for a spot where history feels alive, is easy to acces and look beautiful, Candi Tegowangi has it all. It is run on a donation basis with a simple registration process. The 14th-century carvings are stunning, and the legends of Goddess Durga add a layer of mystery to the visit. It is peaceful, clean, and far from the typical tourist crowds. The carved reliefs are exceptionally beautiful, and the site carries spiritual energy. We were lucky enough to climb the temple (barefoot) with permission, as this is normally not allowed. But the view from the ground is equally impressive. After your visit, grab a snack from a local vendor or head to Rumah Madu Candi for some 100% real honey—a perfect souvenir from a great day out.

Mostly, people come to here just for having fun. This place comfort for taking picture and relaxing. But if you are curious about this place, you could visit the temple guard post, there is someone whom can respond your question.

Well, one of the simplest statue or candi which I have been visited. The place is clean and very family-friendly. We can talk and discuss in the yard of the temple. My only problem is the bathroom, I can not find it anywhere, and I hate it

The is one similar tample to this old tample. It is Surowono temple. The location is not far from this area, only about 30 minutes from here.

One of the historic temples of the late majapahit kingdom era. Worth visiting although the condition is not in a complete shape
