Soto Wawan here is one of the first food vendors in the Jombang rest area. Never disappointed with the service, and always satisfied with the taste of the soto. The broth is fresh, looks like it doesn't use coconut milk / uses very little coconut milk. The price is also quite reasonable for food on a toll road

First time trying soto madura wawan. Turns out it's very delicious. It is a bit expensive maybe because of the location in a toll rest area. But it's great anyway. Hahaha

Alhamdulillah, trying Madura soto, there is a sour taste maybe that's the characteristic, the bowl is nice and clean, the place is clean. Time to continue the journey. Thank you Soto Madura 🙏

A bowl of clear soto in a Toll rest area. The price is unbelievable, only 20k. The food name I tried is Soto Maryam, where the soto has sliced beef and a half-boiled round egg mixed with rice. The taste is delicious, savory, light and quite filling. The cheapest drink is tea priced at 6k. What confused me is the sliced lime along with its peel, meant to fragrance the soto broth, put inside the soto.
