I was disappointed with my first visit here, especially compared to other branches I have been to. The overall experience did not meet my expectations in terms of service and cleanliness. The dining area and tables were not well maintained, there were leftover food items on several tables that were not cleared promptly, trestroom was also in poor condition during my visit. Some menu items were unavailable, including Es Cendol, which I understand is one of their main offerings. I arrived around 8:30 pm, and several items were already sold out, including the Golden Roll. There was also an issue with my order, I ordered Chicken Karaage with an add-on Ocha, which should have been priced at a discounted rate. However, it was entered as an à la carte item at full price, resulting in a higher charge than expected.

The location of Yoshinoya Jember is very strategic, located in the center of Jember city, but please note that the restaurant is on a one-way street, so you need to take a detour to reach the place. The parking lot is spacious and well-maintained, so you don't have to worry about parking. Yoshinoya Jember is also very kid-friendly, with a comfortable and safe atmosphere for children. They also have a special menu for kids that is delicious and suitable for their age. The menu at Yoshinoya Jember is very diverse, with many Japanese-style rice dishes that are delicious and acceptable to local Indonesian taste buds. You can find menu items like Gyudon, Teriyaki, and Tempura served with warm white rice and fresh vegetables. And also Yoshinoya's signature Dawet dessert, which is a favorite among our family. The ordering and payment process is also very easy and fast, so you can enjoy your food without having to wait long. The staff service is also very friendly and responsive, making your dining experience even more comfortable. The food at Yoshinoya Jember is delicious and the prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend Yoshinoya Jember to anyone looking for a comfortable, delicious, and family-friendly restaurant that is kid-friendly.

The food is delicious, they maintain the quality of the dish. The place is also clean and bright. The waitresses are responsive and kind. Overall is good. Food, service, place, and parking lot are nice

Great menus and great service! 10/10 for the cleanliness as well. I highly recommend black pepper beef bowl, it surely is satisfying. Will come here again some times later 😆

Just like the other Yoshinoya, the food quality is good. Crispy Toridon is one of the most underrated menus here, crispy batter, juicy chicken is just so good. Service could be improved bcoz sometimes the staff forgot the "silverware" especially the chopsticks
