PETA Monument is an historical place in Blitar city. It is located in the middle of the town exactly in front of the Hero Cemeteries of Blitar and in front of some state junior high schools (SMPN 3 Blitar, SMPN 5 Blitar, SMPN 6 Blitar, and one local vocational school, namely, SMK Negeri 3 Blitar) in Jalan Sudanco Suprijadi. It has some local statues of PETA soldiers like Suprijadi and his fellows. So, visit Blitar to know how hard our heroes struggled our city.

This monument commemorates the struggle people against the japanese invaders. It is located in junior high school complex area and you can visit for free.

Visited with local friends and they took us on a tour through the school and talked to us about the history of this place the monumen and Indonesia
