View on GoogleWatu Gedhek Jambewangi is a local nature tourism spot in Jambewangi Village, Sempu District, Banyuwangi Regency. This place is still in the same area as the river stream and forest, close to the Riverside Jambewangi area. Why is it called Watu Gedhek? In Javanese: Watu = stone Gedhek = woven bamboo This name usually refers to a unique large stone around the river whose shape or arrangement resembles gedhek (woven bamboo). Main attractions: 🪨 Natural large stone with a unique shape 🌊 Clear and shallow river stream 🌳 Natural forest & rural atmosphere 📸 Suitable for nature photography, healing, and simple picnics However, it is now closed and abandoned. All facilities are broken and unmaintained
