I went for the batik clams, crabs and lobsters and they didn't have any of them, which was a big disappointment. I had the green muscles which were good but very tiny and difficult to eat. I also had the salted egg yolk prawns which were very decent. The place is clean and big, which is good. The staff was very friendly and spoke good English.

Great food and fairly priced. Unfortunately some food were sold out already when I came, but we did come close to closing time. Traditional nuance was a plus. Toilet was simple, not suitable for foreigners who can only use seated toilet and tissues. Place was indoor but with natural ventilations. Overall a good experience. Waiters were all very friendly.

Many choices but when it comes to the reality their price quite pricey. The staff are friendly, depend on what you've order sambal belacan taste quite different from what I know about the beloved sambal belacan by Malaysia or Singapore standard even for some Malay Indonesia in riau

I went here with three friends on our trip to Ijen Crater. One of my friends said on our hike to the peak that she wanted to eat seafood when we went down, later, this place was the first popped up in our search. It turned out better than expected since we didn't know much about the town. The atmosphere was comfortable, adequate lights, not so crowded. IMO we got there at evening was perfect. Salted egg shrimp here was THE BEST fried shrimp I had in my life. Other reviewers said salted egg squid is a must, I think I'd agree. The other menu was alright, the shells are good. We realized that we ordered too much in the end. This should be a concern. In spite of that, our day was a complete bliss!
