A geological site in Dieng Plateau, Wonosobo Regency, Central Java which is believed to be the prehistoric headwater of the great Serayu River. The name literally means a spring where Bimo (or Bima, a character in the ancient Indian book "Mahabharata") changes clothes. Out of pure curiosity about this new icon of Dieng Plateau, I and my wife came here recently in a chilly windy weather, and short on time we didn't take a look at the spring, so we climbed up the stairs on a fort-like artistic construction with a view post on top. The place is still under construction.
View on GoogleIt's not a Hindu temple, actually, but a water spring. People believe the water has special qualities, like keeping you young. So it's worth a visit to wash your face. ;)
