Great views, stunning. Lakes, mountains and even a volcano from certain viewpoints (esp if you pay an extra 3K to go right up to the highest platform) 50K per person for foreign tourists. I think it’s 15K for domestic. Some cheesy photo spots but also nice places to walk around a little, and sit down with incredible views.

Batu Pandang Ratapan Angin is a rewarding hilltop viewpoint with beautiful scenery over the Dieng Plateau, especially the twin lakes below. The climb up is fairly manageable, and along the way there are plenty of well-placed platforms, gazebos, and photo spots that make it easy to stop, rest, and take pictures At the top, the panoramic view is the main highlight — lush greenery, misty hills, and calm waters create a peaceful and scenic atmosphere, even when the clouds roll in. It’s a great place to slow down and just take in the surroundings

I visited Batu Pandang Ratapan Angin on 31 December 2023. The climb to the viewpoint is manageable and the view of the Telaga Warna from above is absolutely stunning. It’s a great spot for photography, though it can get quite busy during the holiday season. The natural scenery here is one of the highlights of my Dieng trip.

Nice place to adventure, peace and quiet when you at the top. Breeze at the top. Bit required a lot hiking.
