Hello. Allow me to give a review, okay. I'll do my best to be fair and not harm anyone. This is only my second time reviewing on Google Maps, so that the shop's service can be improved. For the food, 5 stars because I've always liked bakso malang. Delicious, no debate, no comment! :) For the service, 3 stars. Why? First of all, the service is fast, I ordered 3 bakso and it was ready in under 15 minutes. The place is also (fairly) comfy for waiting (there were empty seats, so I didn't have to wait standing up hehe). But, unfortunately the staff of Bakso Malang dan Mie Ayam Cak Surat, Alun-Alun Temanggung branch, didn't provide optimal service when it comes to "being friendly to customers". I think sellers should be happy when someone buys. However, when I entered the shop, not a single seller greeted me with a smile (fyi there were 4 employees there). Even when I was about to pay, I felt like I was being chased for a debt, the older male employee (sorry, who is fairly elderly) stated the price of my order as if he were angry, not a single smile. Please really improve the service, okay. I don't expect to be treated like a king. But something as small as a smile would mean a lot to anyone who buys there :) Because of this incident, I'll think twice about buying there again :) Thank you for reading to the end.

The bakso and mie ayam are good. The place is decent enough and the price is also affordable for the general public.

So annoying... no idea who he is, the skinny mustached guy there, if you're tired of selling then just close up!! Don't sell so half-heartedly.. not friendly... not clear... the queue is a mess, who ordered and who gets served is all mixed up.. So annoying laa... !!

Today, Wednesday, May 8, 2024, right after the Asr call to prayer, I bought 1 portion of mie ayam bakso and 1 glass of sweet iced tea for RP 64.000,-? I thought that was fair? Welll when I checked again on Google Maps, how come the prices aren't that expensive? For those of you who want to buy food at the alun², please ask first in case there are dishonest sellers playing with the prices? Hope you're more careful and don't be afraid to make it go viral

honestly the menu isn't expensive but it's not worth the taste, the mie ayam has no flavor at all hehe just tastes like flour, the clear broth has no taste, only the bakso is good though, the service is also not very friendly
