Affordable but tasty dim sum. Various dimsum to pick, there're chicken, crab, shrimp, beef and veggie dimsum. Fast services, the crowds usually quite packed especially during dinner time. But you shouldn't wait for long, I only wait around 5 minutes to get my orders.

Please kindly update your opening hour at Google so people won't misunderstand. Arrived at 10am but one of their people said that they will open at 11am (instead of 9am based on Google). It's my first time eating here at UMS and they managed to bring the same taste just as their branch in Pasar Gede. That's pretty good. It's very affordable and you could actually choose variety of their dimsum but they never told you about this and will picked it randomly so you need to ask its availability. Overall, it's a lot more spacey here than one in Pasar Gede, quiet nice view, and less crowded.

I like the dimsum and bapao but not all of the variant is always available. Sometimes I should wait for 5-10 minutes long just to wait the dimsum ready, hope this restaurant get better about this so the customer will be happy
