In December 2022 I went to this resto. The fried rice was a champion, the presentation or appearance of the food was also restaurant class with a price that is considered cheap. We also ordered several other menus and all were delicious, so my family fell in love. However, on March 19, 2023, during iftar there, we ordered the same menu, namely fried rice, and the taste was like heaven and earth compared to the first time we went there. The nasi goreng mawut was very salty, the portion was also like "sorry" for a laborer when hungry. There was no longer an appetizing appearance. Because the saltiness was over, I didn't eat the rice. Second, when ordering special fried rice for the child, I had reminded the sweet female waiter several times that my child doesn't want it spicy and I reminded her repeatedly. Because if there is a spicy taste, my child certainly won't want to eat. Turns out it was true, there were chilies and the fried rice was medium spicy, duh. For a chef or cook or whatever it's called, there should be an SOP. And before giving the result of the concoction to the customer, there should be quality control. I hope this is input for all of us. Sorry I wrote in this comment because if a culinary business wants to survive in a fierce battle, quality control is mandatory to be implemented.
