Beautiful Starbuck cafe located in the heart of Salatiga. Good service, good coffee, good parking area.

Exceptional Customer Service! Yesterday, I ordered 2 Americanos and 2 Lattes via Gojek, but unfortunately, the drinks tasted quite bland. I reported the issue through Gojek and was only given a small Gopay refund of IDR 10,000, which didn’t really resolve the matter. The next day, I kept 1 Americano and 1 Latte from the same order and decided to report the issue directly to Starbucks. I was genuinely impressed by how they handled it, they replaced all the drinks with fresh ones and even gave me a complimentary Matcha Fusion, which happens to be my favorite! Thank you, Starbucks, for your amazing response. It really shows how much you value customer satisfaction. This kind of service keeps loyal customers coming back!!

My choice is Hot Americano and a side of raisin oatmeal — the kind of Friday combo that sets a thoughtful rhythm. The coffee brewed strong, steady, and clean. The oatmeal? Not just a filler — it sized the morning just right. But it’s the building that tells the story: old Dutch colonial charm localized with warm vibes and open arms. A place for all kinds of wanderers in SL3 — whether you're chasing caffeine, conversation, or just a pause in your day.

All I can say is that the atmosphere is really nice, chill, homey, comfy??? It's different than Starbucks at big cities from the architecture, obviously. It looks very beautiful, like a classic Javanese Dutch colonial-era house from the outside. The seats are comfortable, more homey. Nice ambient with natural sunlight. Tho it's not elderly & children friendly I think, due to the steep stairs in front of the store you need to climb to get into the store. I haven't checked if there's another entrance by the side, though. Food and drink just the same w other Starbucks.
