A mandatory stop when visiting Salatiga! This area is famous for its high-quality cassava, and this place proves why. The Food: Fried Cassava (Singkong Goreng): It is cooked to perfection—the texture 'blooms' (mekar) beautifully. It’s incredibly crispy on the outside but soft and fluffy on the inside. Honestly, it’s delicious enough on its own without any extra toppings. Thai Cassava (Singkong Thailand): This was my friend's absolute favorite. It was so good that we actually went back to order another portion for takeaway! The Vibe: A great spot for snacking with plenty of cassava-based treats to choose from. Highly recommended!
View on GoogleBest place to buy and eat snack. From snack to ice cream from cassava basic. Pros: the food is cheap and delicious. Cons: always crowded, confusing menu order system, and cramped parking lot
View on GoogleI’m so impressed with the creativity and talent of the Chefs here. Every and any dishes are all made from casava (Singkong), and all is in fantastic quality and taste. The casava can come in the form of sweet or savory dishes and still tastes awesome!!! The casava is soft, full of aroma, and flavorful at just the right level, not under or over! No wonder they have lots of visitors. Offer both dine in, takeaway and ready to cook formats. I almost forgot to take photos of dishes because of how great the foods are. Highly recommend !!!

View on GoogleThis is one of the reason I go to Salatiga😂 Been digging it since years ago and I find myself always getting back to this one. Came here almost at 9pm and tried their mie singkong, taste good and less guilty feeling👌🏻 The ronde is not to my taste however, ginger not kicking out as it’s supposed to. Also bought home a box of another singkong keju which still tastes good the day after.
