I visited this satay restaurant at around 4:00 PM. I ordered three servings of beef satay with ketupat, one serving of chicken satay, two glasses of guava juice, and two unsweetened iced teas. In my opinion, the beef was tender with a slightly chewy texture. The peanut sauce was a bit too sweet for my taste, but overall, the food was delicious. When I arrived, it was easy to find both parking and seating. The food and drinks were served promptly. One suggestion for improvement is the restroom. Spraying mosquito repellent once or twice a day would help reduce the number of mosquitoes inside and make it more comfortable for guests.
View on GoogleSate Sapi Suruh is a great place to enjoy delicious sate sapi. The sate is flavorful, tender, and well-seasoned. Besides sate sapi, there are also many other menu options to choose from, such as sop iga, bakso, sop empal, sate ayam, etc. This place is known as one of the authentic local eateries in Salatiga, and it really delivers a classic taste and atmosphere. One thing to note: when I visited, they did not accept cashless payments, so make sure to prepare cash before coming. Overall, highly recommended for anyone looking for an authentic Salatiga food experience.
View on GoogleI ordered sate sapi campur + ketupat. Though I find the saus kacang (peanut sauce) too sweet, I would still recommend this if you're in Salatiga.
View on GoogleA place serving beef satay with sweet peanut sauce. I personally don't really like the taste. It's too sweet for me. They also serve chicken noodle too but it's not that tasty. The restaurant itself is large with a pond and a swimming pool inside. There is a small play ground too. The parking lot is large enough and the bathrooms are clean. Good place to eat out with family
View on GoogleThe best satay in the town that you MUST try! All the meat is tender, and the sauce is sweet mixed with grinned peanut so make it more amazing sauce. They also sale soup with meatballs (bakso). Always full when long holidays.
