This cafe, located on Jalan Diponegoro in Pekalongan, enjoys a strategic location, close to the mosque, hospital, and Pekalongan Batik Museum. The cafe area is quite spacious, with a variety of seating options, both indoors and outdoors, comfortable and well-spaced. The service is friendly, courteous, and prompt. The staff is informative and regularly cleans the dining area and tables after each use. The food and drinks are delicious, and the portions are ample. For the prices, I think this cafe meets, if not exceeds, my expectations. The parking area is spacious enough for both motorcycles and cars, and there's a parking attendant.

This quite new place is a great option for hangaround. Good place to have a chit-chat with your friends. Nice place for couples and it has family-friendly sitting area. The foods taste are more than average, but not the most delicious one. Parking lot is plenty. Nice varieties of coffee and drink option. In-door sitting area is most recommended due to breeze cozy sitting corner. But don't get me wrong, the out-door and "stair" areas are nice also but unfortunately there are lack of "fan" so the atmosphere is little bit hot and humid. Oh, the ice cream! Superb! 15k is a great deal. I recommend the choco-banana flavor. It still has the bitterness of the black chocolate but offering sweetness from the nice banana taste. The service is great. But, time of food serving is not their advantages, they need 43 minutes to completely serving 6 meals and 11 drinks on the table. Please, reconfirm to them how many time they need to complete all of the order if you want to have a quick bite before you order. Overall, a recommended place to dine in.

As gelato enthusiasts, we're always on the hunt for the perfect scoop, and Kiyo definitely hit the spot! The cafe itself is a modern dream. Clean, bright, and with ample indoor AC or outdoor seating, it's perfect for any weather. Plus, the thoughtful touches like good lighting and phone charging ports make it a truly comfortable spot. Kiyo boasts a wide variety of gelato flavors, and being gelato connoisseurs, we put three to the test. The fruity flavors were delicious, but the chocolate left us wanting a little more depth. One slightly odd detail was that our gelato was weighed before serving. We weren't sure if this was to ensure consistent portions or prevent over-indulgence, but it didn't detract from the overall experience. Overall: Minor quibbles aside, Kiyo is a fantastic place to enjoy delicious gelato. We'll definitely be back for another scoop (or three) in the future!

A top-notch cafe/coffee shop/gelato space in Pekalongan. Was surprised that I can find this kind of space in Pekalongan with a really nice decor, atmosphere, a serious coffee - looking at their machine & beans, and a nice selections of gelato. You might be surprise when you saw the storeboard “Kiyo” because you might be wondering where the cafe is. You need to go straight through an alley and here you go! Located in the same area with Apotek, it has a strategic & easy to access area. We ordered their gelato, Pistachio & Black Beans, and also their manual brew coffee, where the beans were from Fugol Roastery (in Bandung). We also tried their cappuccino & it tasted good also. Barista was friendly, the service was good. I will revisit whenever I’m in town. Highly recommended.
