what a magical place with kind of summer ambience, in the middle of rice field. good services!!

One of my favorite cafes in Magelang, Central Java. The location is not far from Borobudur temple, and if you don't have a tight schedule you can visit here just to enjoy the nature. From the main road you just take about 200 m and you can see this cafe on the left side. The cafe is in the middle of a rice field but they constructed the field to be a beautiful garden (but it's not well maintained, some facilities are all broken too), you can see a small river, fish pool and some flower gardens, and the atmosphere is really quiet so you can start a small talk or discuss something without any distraction... but because the cafe concept is an outdoor cafe you may require mosquito lotion if you come here... They have so many variations of menu, beverage and food are so good. And it doesn't take too long to wait for some food.. but they don't serve alcoholic drinks (like common Javanese cafes).. The worst thing when I came here is about the toilet, it was creepy because the floor is dark and the light is too dim, I couldn't see anything under my feet... Because the place is quite big and they seem not to have many staff it's hard if you ask for some service or something, but you can go to the front office directly to get something. They don't have power chargers at the seats. So make sure your phone battery is full enough to take a moment :) They only have two payment methods with cash or Indonesian QR so be prepared and make sure you can easily access payment...

one of the best cafes with a green concept. it was like a cafe in the middle of a garden. the landscape is stunning. we can enjoy the greenery and breeze of the air, water pond and river. The great time to go there is around 3 or 4 pm when the sun is already low. we can explore every corner of the area and we will be stunned by the landscape. but honestly I do not really like the food, it is very basic but pricey if we compare it to other cafes that offer the same food menu. overall the experience is great

I love the atmosphere with the rice paddy fields! 🌾 The french fries were my favourite as they were hot and crispy! The service can improve by being more welcoming and friendly. As we had to walk around to find a place to sit. We could have had some guidance from a waitress but they did not help us. There were ants on a table which was gross. 🐜 This cafe has potential with its beautiful scenery but the food and service can improve!

Finally I can enjoy this place after I found it a few years ago. The place is very comfortable and spacey. If you like to enjoy the rice fields and nature, this is the place that you want to go. Enjoying coffee, snacks and other meals.
