Food taste: 5/10 good presentation But mostly junk food, deep fried stuff. The Indonesian food set and ice dessert only available after 5pm. But this timing is not listed in the menu. Coffee is robusta, arabica mix. Tableware: real cutlery and crockery for dine-in. 15/10 very good quality, no plastic/ melamine Cleanliness: clean place, clean tables. Air-conditioned, although the smoke smell still comes indoors since the smokers are right in Front of the airconed area. Clean sink & toilet, napkin. Food healthiness: 3/10 either too greasy, too salty and/or too sweet. Service: fromt of house staff are nice 7/10 but the kitchen doesn't do synchronised service 4/10. Food comes at different time, almost 30mins apart. Wifi is ok, but I couldn't even open the speed test page after a while Accoustic: the music is too loud! Can't hear conversation Parking: easy parking. Pricing: standard, no tax. Overall: will come again if I am in the area but don't enjoy the food unfortunately.

For a local cafe, this is considered as great cafe. Taste good, spacious place, various menus, fast serving, nice hospitality, and open 24/7

Best cafe in town by my standards. There are indoor and outdoor areas. The foods are awesome. I love the mashed potatoes and the mojito. The side dish is ordinary, so I don't recommend it. Traffa Coffee and Eatery will be quite crowded in the afternoon towards the night. Parking space for cars is not much and it's a bit hurt for tires because of the rocks. But overall you can have a relaxing lunch and dinner here.

[Good and has many strong points, but need to improve in their foods taste] Kudus has relatively many coffee and eatery for a -not so- big city. So personally I think that the game is so competitive and every each coffee and eatery has to own their signature or strong points in one or more aspects. For traffa, I personally think they had it on it's marketing method, it's location, and it's menu varieties. It's menu could be classified as "high end in Kudus" (of course on the cafe standard. Not in restaurant standard). Their menu used premium ingredients and offer several menus you can rarely found on another cafe in Kudus. Their way of plating was also BOMB! I could say that was best plating in Kudus. One of my turn of is despite their menus using premium ingredients (I could tell it without being told beforehand), some menus have unproper taste like too salty, too oily, too sweet and even undercooked chicken. So the taste of several foods need to be improved. Another things is traffa's interior & exterior design is just so so and its really similar to "W" cafe that established before traffa.

We waited for more than one hour for a plate of Cesar salad and a plate of fried tofu. Beverages were come at 43 minutes after the payment. Taste are good for both beverages and meals, but service time was bad. Good minimalist ambience of a new building.
